A Bear breakfast for a little monster

If you’re followers of ours on Twitter or Instagram, you may already be aware of how much trouble we’ve had getting our little man to eat different foods. I’ve started to make him fun lunches and his interest in food has grown. We were very kindly sent some Alphabites by the fab folk at Bear recently and were amazed when the little dude asked to have them for breakfast then proudly exclaimed, “Me love them”.

Bear are a fab company, interested in producing fab healthy foods. We’ve been fans of their snacks for quite a while, I’m often picking up a fruit roll from the local shop as a little treat. We had already tasted some Alphabites we received in a goodie bag last year, but hadn’t tried their chocolate version, so were quite excited to get nibbling.

Alphabites make a healthy breakfast as they are a cereal with no refined sugar, salt, or any other added bits and bobs. I am a huge fan of healthy alternatives to sugar, that aren’t artificial, so it was nice to discover Bear use coconut blossom instead of refined sugars. They are also quite fun to eat at breakfast as M likes singing about the alphabet, so we’ve been spelling out words with his cereal, which he thinks is brilliant.

Bear are currently giving away a fab set of Monster magnets with each box of Alphabites . Bear sent us a great monster making kit to help promote their latest promotion and to be honest we couldn’t wait to get creating. Who doesn’t love to make a monster?!

The little dude enjoyed gluing and sticking and decided his Monster would share his name, as he loves it. Which is fair enough. I really enjoyed creating with him too. It’s nice to sit down and spend a few minutes with the little dude before he whizzes off to the next interest.

We’ve all been tucking in to the Alphabites, so they really are a breakfast cereal perfect for the whole family and this family has given them two big thumbs up!

*We were sent two packs of Alphabites and a monster making kit for the purpose of this post. All views are our own.

Our kids love the chocolate bear cereal, not so keen on the normal one. Love his monster and your bowls are cute! x
