For 6 weeks, starting last week, we’ve been capturing colour everywhere we go. We are really enjoying the challenge this provides and it’s given me something exciting to stretch my photography skills with. Last week the colour we captured was blue, it was interesting how we noticed blue in places we’d not been aware of.
This week our colour was red and I found far more red around than I had blue. It seemed to be everywhere, flowers I passed on the street, fruit in the fridge and t-shirts on the washing line. One of the ways I enjoy capturing colour, is by taking a photo walk, so the majority of my photos in this post were taken on one day with my little man. Did you capture any red this week?

We’d also love as many people as possible to get involved by using the hashtag #capturingcolour over on Instagram. Below is a roundup of some of our favourites. We’d love you to join in with next weeks colour, get snapping as much GREEN as possible and don’t forget the hashtag.

We are excited to announce a new member of the Project, Lucy who blogs over at Capture By Lucy. Please give her blog a visit if you’ve never been there before, it’s very pleasing on the eyes!
Make sure you check out the rest of the teams posts over at Real Housewife of Suffolk, Shutterflies, Maybush Studio and Sorry about the Mess to see what they’ve captured.
