There are just two weekends left before Christmas. When you work full time everything is planned in weekends. We count how many weekends left to a holiday, how many weekends before a birthday and how many weekends left to get our Christmas shopping done. Most of our shopping this year has been done on line, but there are always the people you forget or the cards you didn’t buy. Which is where Morrisons helped us out this year.
Morrisons seems to have had a bit of a revamp since we last visited. It’s now a one stop Christmas shop for those wanting to dash out and grab granny something extra to pop in her hamper on the way to the family Christmas party. You can pop out to grab some Advocaat for the snowballs as well as pick up Pete from two doors down a Christmas card and auntie Shirley a lovely throw.
We’d never really considered grabbing all our shopping in one place before, but it really does make sense if you’re struggling to fit in a Christmas shopping trip. Whilst picking up the sprouts for Christmas dinner you can make sure you’ve got plenty of little toys for Santa to leave in the kids stockings Christmas Eve. I even managed to get some extra Christmas lights for our stairs whilst popping in to buy some olives.
Do you have everything you need for Christmas already? Do you like heading to just one shop to grab it all?
We were sent a box of Morrison goodies for the purpose of this post.
