Nearly 3

In a weeks time we will be camping in a field with some fab people, having celebrated our son’s third birthday. Three, our little man is going to be three! Every year I comment on how fast time has flown, but this year seems to have flown the fastest. We are so grateful we’ve had this blog to capture almost all our best family moments along the way.

Now M is turning 3 we are at the stage of questions, conversations and exploration. Each day we turn to Google to answer a new question asĀ our intelligence is put to the test. nearly 3 - lolly

I know we share so much on here and our YouTube channel already. But I wanted to give a snippet into the personality of our little man now that he is nearly 3. So here are ten things I love about M, it’s been hard to just pick ten things out of everything I love about him, but one day I want him to read this blog and smile at what he reads.

1 – I love how you have your own mind and won’t do anything you don’t want to do, unless you think it was your idea to do in the first place.

2 – I love your dance moves and your ability to dance to your own music, no matter where we are.

3 – I love it when I say “I love this boy” and point at you, you point at me and say “I love this girl”.

4 – I love how you have to stir my tea for me, every time.

5 – I love your quick wit and impeccable comedy timing. If I could bottle it and sell it, we would have millions.

6 – I love the bond you and Mummy have. Watching you two together makes my heart flutter.

7 – I love the fact you can name so many dinosaurs and correct anybody who gets their names wrong.

8 – I love that you enjoy watching movies with us, especially when they are ones we love from our childhood’s.

9 – I love the way you laugh at my awful jokes.

10 – Most of all, I love how proud you make me.

Not a day goes by where I’m not thankful for the little man we created. I can’t wait to see what 3 brings.

A beautiful post for a beautiful child, written by one part of a beautiful family. I love being allowed a peak inside your life. I can’t wait to have a family like yours.
The list you wrote bought years to my eyes. Also, that photo of his little legs is wonderful. Where will they take him in life? His future is impossibly bright. <3
