October has come around faster that ever this year. Our plans to become fit and healthy Mummies by Christmas, is still well under way. We know that healthy eating and exercising is a long-term commitment and not an overnight fix.
We are really enjoying our Porridge on Tuesday meals and have just joined in with lots of bloggers for #shredtober. Which is the 30 day shred. We have already attempted it and made it to 13 days and level 2. But due to injuries and taking a break, we let it slip and are going to start from the beginning again.
