A Shocking Family Photo

I love to dress up. A recent Halloween post of ours gave us a great opportunity to snap our Me and Mine photo in full fancy dress. How could we let that opportunity pass. With the camera settings entered and our little family stood in place, we started snapping. We got several snaps before my zombie impression pushed M to tears. But once he was off and running around the garden again he was fine.

This month has been one of the most tense months of the year. With preparation for moving house, C looking for a job and M’s chosen nursery closing down, I think a horror family photo is the perfect photo to look back on this month. We are looking to November with positive eyes. We are looking forward to settling in a new house and working on getting ready for our holiday in December.

Some things we love this month are; we finally kicked off our blog series Monday’s Modern Families, which we have been planning since the start of the year. We were chosen to be Family Bloggers for Center Parcs. We had a great night eating chocolate with my parents and our Chocolate Pudding ClubΒ and we celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary.

YES! I was hoping we would get a Halloween photo from you. It’s such a brilliant photo and I love that even M has taken to his character!

Yay – I loved your Halloween photos, I was rather hoping you’d use one for me and mine! They are just brilliant costumes and sadly seemingly apt for a stressful month. Still tomorrow is All Saints Day – if we all dress like angels maybe November will be heavenly!
