Wonderworld Wooden Eco Car – Review

Clara and I are huge fans of wooden toys, there is something about them that never ages and they seem to show far less wear and tear than regular plastic toys. When we were sent the Wonderworld Wooden Eco Car to review we were incredibly impressed with it’s quality.

Wonderworld Eco Car

It’s quite a weighty toy and at £12.50 you can be assured that you are getting exactly what you pay for. I think the price is perfect for this toy, although a little more than we would spend on one car perhaps, it certainly doesn’t seem overpriced.

Monkey is just discovering his cars and the nice chunky size this car offers, allows him to grasp it by the roof and roll it back and forward over the carpet. The wheels are a nice size and run well over the many rugs around our house, it goes whizzing on the laminate flooring.

This is certainly a car I can see him playing with for many years to come as it doesn’t seem too babyish. I already have my eye on buying him a few more from the range. The London bus is a favourite of mine. The quality of the paint and finish of the car is very high and even after many bumps and drops onto tile flooring, it hasn’t shown much wear.

If you are looking for a gift or first toy car for you one year old, then I would recommend this one.

*We are Toadstool Toy Testers and received this car free of charge for the purpose of this review.
